Sunday 8th 

3:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In

4 PM – Relaxing Pool, Team Bonding 

5pm PM – Daily Workout with Amber

  - Energizing group workout session.

7:00 PM – Dinner

8:30 PM – Nighttime Meditation

  - Guided meditation session to unwind.

Monday 9th 

7:00 AM – Morning Stretching/Pilates

  - Gentle stretching and Pilates session to start the day.

8:00 AM – Breakfast

9:30 AM - Daily Workout with Amber

  - morning  energizing workout session.

11:00 AM – Daily Pool Time unwind

  - Relax by the pool, swim, or sunbathe.

1:00 PM – Lunch

 2:30 PM – Sauna/Cold Plunge

4:00 PM – Pickle ball coaching / free games 

6:00 PM – Dinner

  - Farm-to-table dining experience.

8:00 PM – Nighttime Meditation

  - Relaxing meditation to end the day.

Tuesday 10th

7:00 AM – Morning Stretching/Pilates

  - Focused stretching session.

8:00 AM – Breakfast

9:00 AM – Pickle ball session with coach 

11:00 AM – Daily Pool Time / Chillout time

  - Enjoy leisure time by the pool.

1:00 PM – Lunch

 2:30 PM – salt caves visit with mediation 

4:30 PM – Daily Workout with Amber

  - Strength and conditioning workout.

6:00 PM – Dinner

Cooking Course**

  - Hands-on cooking class focusing on healthy recipes.

8:00 PM – Opportunity for Sauna and cold plunge 

 

Wednesday 11th

7:00 AM – Morning Stretching/Pilates

8:00 AM – Breakfast

 9:00 AM –Paddle boarding

  - Guided paddle boarding session in the calm waters.

 11am beach hang - sunbath

12:30 pm lunch 

2pm Massages - sauna and cold plunge

5pm  Coaching with Amber 

7:30pm dinner 

Thursday 12th

7am - Morning session with Amber

8:30 AM - Breakfast

9:30 AM - Last chance for sauna and cold plunge sessions

11 am - Checkout farewells
