  • this property is truly breathtaking!!! pictures do not describe this gems true beauty!! host is extremely responsive to all communication. we joined together with friends. we could not be happier with this property and hosts ! we all enjoyed the pickleball games, relaxing pool and gym to work off all the calories we consumed. everyone of us all agreed we would like to come back and spend some quality time together again!! thank you Josh and Peta! we will be back!

    We loved our stay! The host could not have been nicer! The home is very private and beautiful! All the beds were very comfortable! It was an outstanding experience. We would definitely stay here again!!!

  • Josh and Peta: Hospitality was great -Came by to show us how things work by Appt. only. They live nearby which is a BIG + and will accommodate any of your needs or requests. Very Very Generous. Thank you for the Fresh Welcome Bread-It was Yummy!! Quiet/Secluded and well thought out by the Hosts. We loved the Pickleball court. That was the icing on the cake-5 of us play regularly and enjoyed it so so much. The Salt Water Pool was also a +. Lots of supplies: Much more offered than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They both enjoy what they do and it shows—Thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻‼️ I highly recommend this property for your Vacay. Our’s was for a Cousin’s Gathering so we were able to entertain ourselves on the Property with no problem. You’ll want to come back Again Just Like Us. Thanks for the Great Weather 😎🌴🌈

    Wonderful visit. Split the house between two families with a total of 5 kids and a nanny…tons of space and privacy for everyone. Fantastic property with every amenity you could wish for. Loved the pickleball court, pool, gym, and lush landscaping.

“ It’s rare when a house that is expensive exceeds expectations, but Josh and Peta’s place did. We felt like we got more than our money’s worth with the clean and nicely appointed accommodations and multiple (private) facilities & activities available to us on property: Pool, cabana, training room, sauna, ice bath, back yard and pickleball/basketball courts. To top it off their home is located a short distance from Vanderbilt beach Road and I-75 (and just a couple of miles from Immokolee Rd, so access to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and area attractions was just a short drive away.”

If you are considering this property and hesitating because of the proice, just book it. It’s worth every penny, and josh and Peta are a pleasure to work and extremely responsive with any questions or needs you may have.

“Our stay was outstanding.. Plenty of room for a family vacation. Josh and Peta are excellent hosts. The house was exactly what we were looking for by way of size, cleanliness, amenities and location. It was private but close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and a short drive to the beach. The kids loved the pool, trampoline, and play house. The adults had a great time relaxing in the pool and playing pickleball and we ran out of time for sauna cold plunge and gym.

We even took a pickleball lesson. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our lesson with Debbie Miller but ran out of time for a second lesson.

the house has it all. Stop looking and book this place today and take our advice. Stay longer!”

“We had 15 of us across 3 generations staying at this home, and it was just perfect. The house is clean and well decorated. It is equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, relaxation and entertainment. The garden provided fun exploration for the little kids and a serene place for adults. The chickens and cats entertained the kids but they were very well contained and not intimidating for those who didn’t want to engage. Fresh eggs were delicious! The pool and pickle ball court were well maintained and ready to use. The location was convenient with short drives to groceries, restaurants and the beach. Most importantly Peta and Josh were just the best hosts- responsive, kind, thoughtful and professional. We would love to return.
